I made a phone call to my insurance carrier today.

First -
there was the automated answering message…

Press #6...
Press #2...
Next -
I was put on "Hold" (their operators were very busy)
Finally I was talking to a real person.
Complete name?. . . "yada yada yada."
Verify address with zip code?. . .  "yada yada yada. "
Date of Birth.?. . ."yada yada yada"
Account number?. . . "yada yada yada."

Later I called upon The God of the entire universe.
Immediate connection - He knows me.

O LORD, you have searched me and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
